WHAT IT IS

Production-grade, not a prototype.

We own the whole system: the architecture, the code, the infrastructure it runs on, and the pipeline that ships it. One accountable team, not hands rented by the hour.

Work starts with architecture, not tickets. We settle the data model, the integration boundaries, the auth and permission model and the failure cases before anyone writes feature code, and we write those decisions down so they can be argued with later. Engineering then runs in two-week increments against that document.

Everything is built in your accounts from day one. There is nothing to migrate at the end because nothing was ever held anywhere else. We build our own products the same way: EVERJUST.APP, CustomAgents and Custom Domain.

load and failure testing, observability and alerting, security review, then a walkthrough of the codebase and runbook with your engineers.

  • The source repository in your own organisation, with full commit history from the first commit.
  • Production and staging environments in your cloud account, defined as infrastructure-as-code so they can be rebuilt from the repository.
  • A CI/CD pipeline that builds, tests and deploys on merge.

A good fit when

  • The system will carry real users, real money or real data, and an outage is a business problem rather than an inconvenience.
  • The hard part is technical: production data volumes, integrations with systems you do not control, audit or compliance requirements, or web and mobile surfaces that must stay in step.
  • Your budget starts at $25,000 and someone on your side can settle a scope question in a day.

Not the right call when

  • You need a clickable demo for a funding round. A prototype is cheaper and faster, and it is not what this engagement builds.
  • The scope is still a question rather than a plan. Start with Product Feasibility — Market to Motion, from $3,500, and come back with an answer.
  • You cannot give us cloud and repository access in your own accounts. The build lives there; we do not host it for you.
  • You want engineers billed by the hour under your own tech lead. We answer for the system as a whole, and that only works when the architecture is ours to own.

Good questions.

Why “from $25,000”? What moves the number?

$25,000 is the floor for a production system. Above it, the number moves on surface count (web, mobile, integrations), how much regulated or legacy ground the build has to cover, and how many external systems we have to negotiate with. The build is priced in writing at the end of the architecture phase, before engineering starts.

How long does it take?

Scope decides, and we do not put a date on a build before the architecture is settled. We can tell you the shape: architecture first, then two-week increments, each ending with software running in a staging environment you can use.

Who owns the code?

You do. The repository sits in your organisation, the infrastructure in your cloud account, and the contract assigns the code, designs, infrastructure definitions and documentation to you. We keep no licence over your product and no dependency that makes you call us.

What happens after the build?

Your engineers take it — that is what the runbook, the tests and the handover walkthrough are for — or we keep building the next thing. Either way, a system nobody uses is not finished. The GTM track, Growth Loop Program at $5,000 per month, flat, is how the product gets adopted once it works.
