THE ENGAGEMENTS

What each one is — and is not.

VALIDATE · BUILD TRACK

Product Feasibility

From $3,500scoped after kickoff

A fixed-scope investigation that tests one product idea before anyone commits an engineering budget.

What's included

  • Market reality for the idea as stated, not for the category it sits in.
  • Technical risk priced by a working spike. Code gets written to find the hard part.
  • A three-band cost envelope for the build, so you see the range rather than one optimistic number.
  • A build or do-not-build recommendation, with the reasoning shown so you can inspect it and disagree.
What this does not cover
  • A product. Nothing goes to production; the spike prices risk, it does not ship.
  • A verdict you can pre-order. Do-not-build is a real outcome.
  • A review of your whole roadmap. It tests one idea.
Who it’s for — and when it isn’t

Who it's for. Anyone holding one idea and a budget decision they have not made yet.

Not the right call when the decision is already made and you want a document that agrees with it. It is only worth the money if you are willing to hear no.

BUILD TRACK · NO MEETING

Website Build

From $9,650up to $27,650 fully loaded

A production website with the pieces you actually need, configured and bought in the browser at a fixed price.

How the configurator works

A company storefront you configure and buy in the browser: a production website with the pieces you actually need, at a fixed price. You select what you want and the price moves in front of you — no meeting to buy it or to see the number.

What's included

  • The core build at $9,650, with standard delivery in 6 to 8 weeks.
  • Configuration in the browser — you select what you want and watch the price update.
  • Self-checkout. No meeting required to buy it, or to see the price.

Who it’s for

Who it’s for — and when it isn’t

Who it's for. A company that needs a storefront and would rather configure and buy than schedule a call about it.

Not the right call when your requirements sit outside the options in the configurator — buying it will not make them fit. Software carrying real users, real money and real data is Enterprise Build.

What sits outside the $9,650 core
Add any — priced, visible before you pay
E-commerce and payments$2,500
Custom integrations and API$3,000
Extra pages and CMS content$1,500
Brand and design system$2,000
SEO and analytics setup$1,200
Choose one — delivery speed
Standard, 6 to 8 weeksIn core
Priority, 3 to 4 weeks$1,800
Choose one — after launch
HandoverIn core
30 days of hypercare$1,500
3-month care plan$6,000

$27,650 is the ceiling for a fully loaded build — not a target, and not a recommendation.

Why the ceiling is not the sum of every option

$27,650 is the ceiling for a fully loaded build, not a target and not a recommendation. Because delivery speed is one choice and after-launch is one choice, the ceiling is not the sum of every line above.

BUILD TRACK

Enterprise Build

From $25,000scope agreed before work

Architecture, engineering and delivery of software carrying real users, real money and real data.

What's included

  • Architecture settled before anyone writes feature code — that is the expensive part to change later.
  • Engineering and delivery of the system itself.
  • Work done in your cloud and your repositories from the first commit. Yours from the beginning, not handed over at the end.
What this does not cover
  • A guarantee that the floor is the final number. $25,000 is where the engagement starts; the scope agreed before work begins decides the rest.
  • The market question. If nobody has tested whether the thing should exist, that is Product Feasibility.
  • Distribution. Building it does not get it used — that is Growth Loop.
Who it’s for — and when it isn’t

Who it's for. Teams putting software in front of real users and real transactions, who care where the code lives and who owns it.

Not the right call when the floor is uncomfortable as a starting point. $25,000 is a floor, not a teaser; Website Build is a better use of the budget than a stripped-down version of this.

GO-TO-MARKET · GTM

Growth Loop

$5,000/monthrecurring, flat

Positioning, messaging, launches, distribution, events, partnerships and AI answer-engine discoverability, run as a loop that compounds month over month. Recurring, not a one-time fee.

What's included

  • Positioning and messaging, with launches and distribution built on top of them.
  • Events and partnerships treated as distribution channels rather than decoration.
  • AEO and GEO work, so the AI answer engines people ask describe you correctly.
  • A written report every month.
What this does not cover
  • Building the product. Engineering is a separate engagement at a separate price.
  • A single launch push. The compounding is what you are buying; one month of it is not the product.
Who it’s for — and when it isn’t

Who it's for. A company that has shipped something real and is not getting the use it should.

Not the right call when there is nothing live to point at yet. This is early — build first.

HOW TO CHOOSE

Which one do I need.

Start from what you are actually uncertain about.

  • Unsure it should exist

Buy Product Feasibility. From $3,500 to protect a decision worth many times that.

    Product Feasibility
  • You need a storefront

No system problem, just somewhere to transact. Website Build is the shortest path.

    Website Build
  • A hard system to build

Uncertainty gone, architecture matters. That is Enterprise Build.

    Enterprise Build
  • Built, but unused

No build engagement fixes distribution. Growth Loop does, monthly, because it compounds.

    Growth Loop
Still between two of them

Enterprise Build and Growth Loop answer different halves of the same question, and they stay separate purchases at separate prices. If you are genuinely between two engagements, book a scoping call — a call is a convenience, not a gate.

THE POSTURE

Why our prices are public.

Because a hidden price means a discovery call whose real purpose is working out what you will tolerate.

What publishing the number removes

Because the alternative is worse for both sides. A hidden price means a discovery call whose real purpose is working out what you will tolerate, and proposals written for work that was never going to happen. Publishing the number removes that stage.

It also disciplines us: a public price cannot quietly become a different price for a different buyer.

And a written scope cannot quietly become billable hours

It also disciplines us. A public price cannot quietly become a different price for a different buyer, and a written scope cannot quietly become billable hours. Where a price says from, that is a floor — nothing here is built to look small until you are committed.

What fixed scope commits us to

Fixed scope means the boundary is written down before money moves, and it names both sides of the line. That commits us to deciding scope before we take payment rather than discovering it afterwards; to absorbing our own estimation errors, because there are no billable hours here for a hard week to become; and to naming additions out loud, so anything outside the boundary is separate work at a separate price that you agree to or do not. It is not a promise that scope can never change. It is a promise that it cannot change without you knowing and agreeing.

Bring us the hard problem.

Configure your engagement and reserve your slot for $100, credited toward the work — or talk it through first.
